1. Acceptance

Using the dalvatero.com site implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any clause, please refrain from using the site. These terms are governed by current Chilean law.

2. Editorial nature

Dalvatero SpA is an editorial company devoted to spreading financial education concepts. We do not provide financial services, we do not manage third-party funds, we do not intermediate instruments and we are not supervised by the CMF. All content has educational purposes.

3. No individual advice

Published materials constitute information of a general nature. They must not be interpreted as personalized financial, tax or legal advice. For individual decisions we recommend consulting professionals registered with the CMF, the Chilean Internal Revenue Service or the Chilean Bar Association.

4. Potential return adjusted for risks
